Common use of Designation of Managers Clause in Contracts

Designation of Managers. (i) The Sole Member hereby agrees that the responsibility for managing the business and affairs of the Company shall be delegated to four (4) managers (individually, a “Manager” and collectively, the “Managers”) and hereby consents to the election of Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx X. Xxxxx, Xxxxxx X. Xxxx and Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx as Managers of the Company. Each Manager is individually authorized to act on behalf of the Company.
