Common use of Designation of Representative Clause in Contracts

Designation of Representative. Landlord and Tenant hereby respectively appoint Landlord’s Representative and Tenant’s Representative as its sole representative for the purposes of this Work Letter. Until replaced by written notice, Landlord’s Representative and Tenant’s Representative shall have the full authority and responsibility to act on behalf of Landlord and Tenant, respectively, as required in this Work Letter and shall act in a commercially reasonable manner in such capacity.
