Designation of Representative. If the Shares of more than one Member are being purchased pursuant to section 8.8.1, then all such Members shall select a single representative, voting on the basis of the number Shares owned by each, and such single representative (who may but need not be one of the Members in question) shall speak and act for all such Members.
