Common use of Designation of Representative Clause in Contracts

Designation of Representative. Contractor and HTA shall designate specific individuals to act as representatives ("Designated Representative"), who shall have authority to transmit instructions, receive information, and implement the Agreement on behalf of each respective party. Either party may change its Designated Representative or the address of its Designated Representative by giving reasonable notice to the other party.
