Waiver of Notice Borrower shall not be entitled to any notices of any nature whatsoever from Lender except with respect to matters for which this Agreement or the other Loan Documents specifically and expressly provide for the giving of notice by Lender to Borrower and except with respect to matters for which Borrower is not, pursuant to applicable Legal Requirements, permitted to waive the giving of notice. Deemed Receipt of Notices Subject to Section 4.4(a), a Notice given by hand delivery shall be deemed to have been received on the day it is delivered. Subject to Sections 4.4(a) and 4.4(b), a Notice given by facsimile shall be deemed to have been received on the day it is transmitted by facsimile.
Contents of Notice The notice of each Member meeting shall include a description of the purpose(s) for which the meeting is called.
