The Mental Health Program Manager and Senior Administrative Assistant will be monitoring this inbox. Such Reports shall itemize Contractor’s progress for the reporting period. An additional cumulative report of all data shall be due July 30, 2020.
Service of Notices. The provisions for the service of notices are that if either party deliver by hand any Notices or documents which are necessary under the Agreement, or any Act of Parliament to the other party by 5.00pm or the last known address of the other party; the documents or Notices will be deemed delivered on the next working day which excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays; or if the documents or Notices are sent by ordinary first class post addressed to the other party or the last known address of the other party the documents or Notices will be deemed delivered two working days later, which excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays or by e mail at the e mail address supplied from time to time by either party. The address for service for the Landlord will be the contact address specified in the Particulars in the first section of the Terms of Business and the address for service for us will be O F F I C E A DD RE S S
Service of Notices. Any notices or documents may be sent to the landlord at the address in paragraph 1.1 above. The landlord shall be entitled to deliver such notice or document to the tenant at the address of the property.

Service of Notices. Lessee hereby appoints as Lessee's agent to receive service of all dispossessory or other legal proceedings and notices thereunder, and all notices required under this Lease, the person occupying Premises at the time such notice is given, and, if no person be occupying the same, then such service or notice may be made by attaching the same on the front entrance to Premises. A copy of all notices under this Lease shall also be sent to Lessee's last known address if different from Premises.
Service of Notices. Any notice given pursuant to these Terms will be deemed to be validly given if personally delivered, posted, faxed, or e-mailed to: (a) in the case of a notice to MCCU, to the address set out below the signatures of this agreement or to such other address as MCCU may advise.   • Agent for Service of Process means every person now or hereafter appointed by the Contractor to be served or to accept service of process in any State of the United States. Without excluding any other method of service authorized by law, the Contractor agrees that every Agent for Service of Process is designated as its non-exclusive agent for service of process, summons, and complaint. The Contractor will instruct each Agent for Service of Process that after such agent receives the process, summons, or complaint, such agent shall promptly send it to the Contractor. This subsection (ii) does not apply while the Contractor maintains a registered agent in North Carolina with the office of the N. C. It is to be emailed/faxed to the Consultant who in turn will provide a detailed costing for the service. The RFS must be reviewed and approved by the City’s Project Manager before the work is to proceed. A detailed process and sample of the RFS is attached as Schedules 2 and 3, respectively.

Non-Firm Transmission Withdrawal Rights may be awarded only to a Merchant D.C. Transmission Facility that connects the Transmission System to another control area. Withdrawals scheduled using Non-Firm Transmission Withdrawal Rights have rights similar to those under Non-Firm Point-to-Point Transmission Service.
