Destruction of Working Papers. Deloitte may retain copies of documents and files provided by the Client Group in connection with the Services for the purposes of compliance with professional standards and internal retention policies. Any documents and files retained by Deloitte on completion of the Services (including documents legally belonging to the Client Group) may routinely be destroyed in accordance with the Deloitte Entities’ policies applying from time to time.
