Detail Required. All invoices submitted under this Agreement shall state the month to which the invoice applies and fully describe the services and equipment provided. All invoices will indicate if and to what extent costs being invoiced are asserted as having been incurred as a result of an Uncontrollable Cost Event (as such term is defined in Appendix B). All invoices for construction and equipment costs shall be prepared using the AIA G702-1992 form.
