DETAILED MODALITIES FOR THIRD PARTY SAMPLING b.1. ln order to commence third party sampling, a tripartite agreement will have to be signed amongst the Seller (First Party), the Purchaser (Second Party) and the TPA (Third Party). The format of tripartite agreement shall be provided by Seller.
