First Party means [insert name of purchaser];

First Party means (a) the Insured or any officer, employee or agent of the Insured or (b) any of the following Persons: the correspondent lender, mortgage loan broker or other intermediary underwriting or originating the Loan on behalf of the Insured or originating lender, or escrow or closing agents or anyone under contract with the Insured or originating lender in connection with the origination of such Loan, such as an appraiser.

• Every Dispute, difference or question which may at any time arise between the parties hereto or any person claiming under them, touching or arising out of or in respect of this agreement or the subject matter thereof shall be referred to the Sole Arbitrator nominated by the First Party, the award passed by the Arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties hereto.

• In First Party claims, no motion shall be prepared, filed or served prior to approval from Citizens’ Claims & Litigation Legal Services or Citizens’ Litigation Specialist.

• EO Private Cloud Services - shall mean the servers, storage, routers, switches, and Internet connectivity used to provide First Party Services such as Desktop as a Service and Infrastructure as a Service.

First Party means a consumer-facing business with which the consumer intends and expects to interact.
