Details of Notes and Certificates Delivered. As soon as practicable after delivering any Global Note, Global Certificate or Definitive Note, the Fiscal Agent or the Registrar, as the case may be, shall supply to the Issuer and the other Agents all relevant details of the Notes or Certificates delivered, in such format as it shall from time to time agree with the Issuer.
Details of Notes and Certificates Delivered. As soon as practicable after delivering any Global Note, Global Certificate or Definitive Note the Issuing and Paying Agent, the CMU Lodging Agent or the Registrar, as the case may be, shall supply to the relevant Issuer, the Trustee and the other Agents all relevant details of the Notes or Certificates delivered, in such format as it shall from time to time agree with the relevant Issuer.
