Determination and Explanation of Duties. The department in conjunction with the represented Employee’s immediate supervisor and/or a departmental or program administrator shall determine the required duties of the Employee. The represented Employee’s immediate supervisor and/or a departmental or program administrator shall discuss these duties with them at the beginning of the semester.
