Collection of Dues. City agrees, upon written consent of the employee involved, to deduct dues, as established by the Association, from the salaries of its members. The sums so withheld shall be remitted by City along with a list of employees who have had said dues deducted.
Collection of Dues. Before the fifth (5th) working day, following the final pay day for the previous month, the University will forward the collected dues by cheque to the Treasurer of the Union, together with a detailed list of names of all employees in the bargaining unit and their employee identification number, departments and amounts deducted with explanation.
Collection of Dues. (a) Upon receipt of a “Payroll Deduction Authorization” from an employee, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit I, Avaya will initiate deductions for amounts equal to Union Dues (and, if authorized, an Initiation Fee) from such employee’s salary or wages, sickness or disability payments, or other benefit payments or vacation payments.
(1) Deduction shall be made from the employee’s salary or wages, sickness or disability payments, or other benefit payments or vacation payments as follows: Weekly installments in the first 4 weeks each month
(2) Deductions shall begin during the first (1st) payroll period in the month following receipt of a newly executed “Payroll Deduction Authorization” by the Avaya Payroll Office, and provided there is sufficient pay available to cover the amount authorized after the following deductions have been made:
(i) those required by law, and,
(ii) those authorized for Group Life Insurance and Medical Expense Plan premiums.
(3) If the scheduled deduction for amounts equal to Union dues cannot be made in the period(s) specified above, such deduction(s) will be made during the consecutive payroll periods ending no later than the last payroll period in the following month.
Collection of Dues. 22.1 The Employer shall deduct from the salary of each Employee, an amount equal to regular monthly dues and any assessments which are established by the Association. These deductions will be mailed to the Office Administrator of the Association within ten (10) working days of the deduction. Accompanying these deductions will be a list showing the name of each Employee for and on behalf of whom such deductions have been made, and the amount deducted in respect of each such Employee.
22.2 Deductions for new Employees shall be calculated from the date of employment and made on the first pay date.
22.3 The Employer shall include on each Employee's T4 slip the total amount of dues and assessments deducted from the Employee's pay in the previous year.
22.4 The Employer shall not be held liable for the wrongful deduction of money for Association dues and assessments resulting from an error in the Association's instructions.
22.5 Normally, a minimum of one (1) month notice must be given by the Association to the Employer of any change in the amount of dues or assessments.

Collection of Dues. The District shall deduct, on a monthly or other mutually agreed upon basis, without charge, from the pay of those employees covered by this Agreement, who have affirmatively consented to be a Federation member, the Federation dues and any other plans or programs designated by the Federation.
Collection of Dues. 1. Upon written order signed by a bargaining unit employee, the Company will deduct from that employee's wages and pay over to the Union the amount specified in said order. The Union will reimburse the Company for the cost of making the transaction.
2. The Union agrees that at its own expense it will defend, indemnify, and save harmless the Company from and against all claims, demands, suits, damages, or expenses, of any kind whatsoever, arising out of or in any manner, except for the Company's own willful misconduct, incident to any action taken by the Company in complying with Section 1 of this Article XV.
Collection of Dues. The Employer shall remit the amount of the regular Union dues, initiation fees, or assessments levied by the Union on its members to the National Office of the Canadian Union of Public Employees, copied to Local 2195 fifteen (15) days following the month in which they were collected. Each such remittance shall be accompanied by a list of names; the amount of dues collected from each member, and amount of regular wages. Union dues will be deducted from the employee’s gross wages which includes any retroactive salary adjustments and acting pay.
Collection of Dues. The Union shall indemnify and hold harmless the County from any and all claims, demands, or expenses in connection with the County's participation in Dues deduction.
Collection of Dues. Before the fifteenth day of each month the Employer agrees to forward the collected dues by cheque to the Treasurer of the Union, together with a detailed list of names, social insurance numbers and amount of dues deducted.
