Common use of Determination of Experience Year Clause in Contracts

Determination of Experience Year. 12.2.1 A faculty member’s experience year (“EY”) is based upon the number of years of post-baccalaureate experience relevant to the teaching or other duties for which she or he is employed. 12.2.2 At the time of the faculty member’s initial appointment to the College, the starting EY is determined by the appropriate Xxxx, in consultation with the faculty member, and is approved by the Xxxxxxx. The EY is determined as follows:
