Common use of Determination of Minimum Personnel Requirements Clause in Contracts

Determination of Minimum Personnel Requirements. (a) Subject to Article MB16.17 (b) the minimum personnel requirements for each department, including duration of engagement of such personnel, will be determined through mutual consultation and agreement between the department head of each department and the Producer.
