Determination of Performance Targets and Number of Vested Target PSUs. As soon as practicable following the end of the Performance Period, the Committee shall determine whether and the extent to which the Performance Targets have been satisfied for the Performance Period and the number of the Participant’s Target PSUs that become vested based on such performance, subject to the terms and conditions of Paragraph 3 and the other terms and conditions of this Award Agreement.
