Determination of Reasonable and Appropriate Steps. In the event that a Signatory seeks to exercise a right granted in Section 11.2(c)(i)-(ii) against another Signatory, and the Signatories are unable to agree upon whether the steps involved in exercising that right are reasonable and appropriate in the circumstances, those Signatories agree to submit the issue to IAB, and agree to be bound by IAB’s or its designee’s reasonable determination as to whether those steps are reasonable and appropriate for purposes of this Agreement.
