Develop Regulating, and Monitoring Process for Xxxxxxxx Inlet. The parties will evaluate the data collected from the study of Xxxxxxxx Inlet and develop recommendations for the mapping/design process. The information gained from Phase I will be used to evaluate whether an alternative scheme for regulating and monitoring surface water bodies like Xxxxxxxx Inlet as a watershed should be developed, and if so, to develop the alternative approaches for Xxxxxxxx Inlet. Marine pollution prevention initiatives, long-term ambient monitoring plans, and possible regulatory flexibility are processes that may be included in the recommendations in Phase II. The information gained will be available to other agencies and stakeholders for their use related to Xxxxxxxx Inlet or application elsewhere.

  • Quality Management System Supplier hereby undertakes, warrants and confirms, and will ensue same for its subcontractors, to remain certified in accordance with ISO 9001 standard or equivalent.
