A Developer Small Business license permits One (1) Developer to create an unlimited number of Derived Works using the Product which can be used at only One (1) Physical Location (distinct address or office building) within Your organization. This license is royalty free. This license type does not allow distribution of Derived Works to third parties, public facing web sites/applications, extranets, multi-site intranets or SaaS project usage scenarios.
