End User Software definition

End User Software means an end user program which You develop using an Aspose Product and into which one or more of the Redistributables are linked, and which contains significant additional functionality over and above the functionality contained in the Aspose Product. End User Software means every Software Deliverable or Software Project Work with a user interface for external and/or internal end users to allow such users to interface with such Software or a System in which such Software is embedded. For the avoidance of doubt, End User Software includes COTS or SaaS provided by a Subcontractor of Contractor hereunder that includes such an end user interface.
End User Software means the Software with a user interface for external and/or internal end users, which interface permits such users to interface with New XXX and MEP.

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.

  • Computer software means computer programs, source code, source code listings, object code listings, design details, algorithms, processes, flow charts, formulae, and related material that would enable the software to be reproduced, recreated, or recompiled. Computer software does not include computer databases or computer software documentation.
