Developer to Arrange for Project Design. Developer shall provide for the design of the Project by the Project Engineer who shall be a design professional acceptable to, and in accordance with the customary requirements of ACHD. The design of the Project shall be in accordance with the standards and specifications set forth in the ACHD Policy Manual.
