Developer's Responsibilityfor Work. Construction and installation of Public Improvements shall be under the charge and care of the Developer until all Public Improvements have been accepted by the Village. If prior to acceptance, the Village is required to take any measure to maintain, protect, or guard any completed Public Improvements that have not yet been accepted by the Village, the costs of doing so shall be billed to Developer as Village Administrative Costs.
