DEVELOPMENT AND WELL SPACING. 22.01 Lessee agrees to drill such xxxxx as a reasonably prudent operator would drill under the same or similar circumstances and after discovery of oil or gas on the leased premises, to develop and produce from the described leased premises efficiently, economically, without waste, and to the best advantage of Department.
