Development, Management and Administrative Services. During the term of this Agreement, and all renewals and extensions hereof, Doctor's Care hereby engages Medical Management to serve as Doctor's Care's exclusive manager and administrator of all non-medical functions and non-physician services relating to the operation of the Offices; and Medical Management agrees to furnish to Doctor's Care all of the non-medical development, management and administrative services as may be needed by Doctor's Care in connection with the operation of the Offices.
