DEVELOPMENT OF PILOT PROJECTS. The YFA agrees to the development of a pilot project(s) on efficiency model(s) to be conducted on a voluntary basis by a college division(s). Any proposed project shall be reviewed and approved by the YFA and the District prior to commencement of the project(s).
