Common use of Devotion to Duties Clause in Contracts

Devotion to Duties. Employee shall devote such time, attention, energy, skill and efforts to his duties and responsibilities hereunder and to the business of the Company and, as applicable, its Affiliates (as defined below), as is reasonably necessary to enable Employee to carry out such duties efficiently and effectively. During the Term, Employee shall not be engaged in any other business activity that conflicts with his duties and responsibilities to the Company or with the business of the Company, whether or not such business activity is pursued for gain, profit or other pecuniary advantage.
