No. 2 Ultra Low Sulfur 1.4.1 DTN FastRacks Average Price for Ultra Low Red No. 2. 1.4.2 Contractor’s Markup as determined by the Price Sheet for the region in which delivery of Fuel is made. 1.4.3 All applicable Fuel taxes and/or petroleum associated fees as determined by the county in which delivery of Fuel is made. The DTN FastRacks Average Price used above will be that of the closest appropriate terminal, on the date of delivery to the Customer, regardless of when or where the Contractor obtained fuel.
