Diligence; Standards of Conduct. On a Global Target-by-Global Target basis, Novartis will use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to (a) [***] and (b) perform all Development activities for the Global Antibody Candidates and Global Licensed Products for such Global Target in accordance with the Global Development Plan.
