Diligence to Conduct Operations. The Consortium Members shall plan, prepare, implement, and control the Operations in a diligent, efficient and appropriate manner, pursuant to the Applicable Laws and Regulations and the Best Practices of the Oil Industry, always respecting the provisions in this Agreement and not performing any act that characterizes or may characterize a violation of the economic order.
