Common use of Dining Plan Clause in Contracts

Dining Plan. a. Student is required to have a Dining Plan except for Students assigned to the following locations: Xxxx Xxxxxxxx, Pepper Canyon Apartments, Pepper Canyon West Apartments and Xxxxxxxx Apartments. For more information about dining visit, xxxxx://xxxxxxxxx.xxxx.xxx/dining-dollars/index.html. b. The Dining Plan Dollars are deposited at the beginning of the term of this Contract. Dining Plan Dollars remain active provided the student has an active Dining Plan. Dining Plan Dollars expire at the end of the academic year if the student does not select a plan for the next academic year. c. The Dining Plan cannot be changed to a lesser value, transferred, dropped or refunded after October 2, 2024. Failure to pay Charges will result in suspension of contracted meals service without compensation for missed meals. d. The first Contract meal will be dinner on September 21, 2024 and ends with lunch on the last day of the term of this Contract, or a specific period determined by the University. All dining operations will open and start with phased operational hours beginning September 22, 2024. The University may modify Dining facility hours and locations based on the University's observed holidays, student occupancy, and finals week of every quarter. e. The last meal prior to Fall break will be dinner on Wednesday, November 27, 2024. Meal service will resume with dinner on Sunday, December 1, 2024. Sixth Market will resume operating hours of 9:00 am-5:00 pm, on Saturday, November 29, 2024. f. The last meal prior to Winter break will be dinner on Saturday, December 14, 2024. Meal service will resume with dinner on Sunday, January 5, 2025. Sixth Market will remain open from 9:00 am-5:00 pm during Winter break with the exception of the following days: December 25, 2024 and January 1, 2025 when Sixth Market will be closed. Some locations will start phased opening January 4, 2025. g. The last meal prior to Spring break will be dinner on Saturday, March 22, 2025. Meal service will resume with dinner on March 30, 2025. Sixth market will remain open from 9:00 am-5:00 pm during Spring break with the exception of the following day: Friday, March 28, 2025.
