Common use of Dining Service Program Clause in Contracts

Dining Service Program. A. All undergraduate students with contracts in the residence halls are required to have a dining service meal plan for each semester, with the exception of students living in Coyote Village or XxXxxxxx who are more than two years removed from the time the student graduated or would have graduated from high school. Graduate students are not required to carry a meal plan. Students are held accountable to parameters of dining plans as published by Campus Dining. Meal Plans information will not be available until early May, at which time students must go into their original housing application to submit their preferred meal plan request based on their eligibility (high school graduation date and housing assignment). The default dining service meal plan will be added for anyone required to have a meal plan but has not selected one prior to July 1.
