DIPLOMATIC SECURITY REQUIREMENTS FOR CLEARANCES AND HANDLING CLASSIFIED, SBU AND UNCLASSIFIED. PROJECT INFORMATION The contractor shall include the substance of Sections/Paragraphs H.10, H.11, H.12, and H.13 in all classified subcontracts. The substance of those Sections/Paragraphs relating to safeguarding and handling of SBU and unclassified information shall be included in ALL subcontracts, including those with non-U.S. firms.
