Common use of Director of Mental Health Clause in Contracts

Director of Mental Health. 6.2.1 The role of the Director 6.2.1.1 The Director shall have the authority to administer this Contract on behalf of the County. All references to the actions or decisions to be made by the County in this Contract shall be made by the Director unless otherwise expressly provided. SAMPLE 6.2.1.2 The Director may designate one or more persons to act as his designee for the purposes of administering this Contract.
