6.1.1 A listing of all County Administration referenced in the following subparagraphs is designated in Exhibit E - County’s Administration. The County will notify the Contractor in writing of any change in the names or addresses shown.

6.1.1 Provide direction to the CONTRACTOR in areas relating to policy, procedural requirements, service performance requirements, and information pertaining to the Contract.
6.1.2 Monitor the CONTRACTOR’s service performance in daily operations of this CONTRACT.
6.1.3 Negotiate with CONTRACTOR on changes in service requirements pursuant to the Contract Section, Section 8, Terms and Conditions, Subparagraph 8.7,
ADMINISTRATION OF CONTRACT - COUNTY. County personnel referenced in this section are designated in Attachment Q, County’s Administration. County shall notify the Contractor in writing of any change in the names or addresses shown.
ADMINISTRATION OF CONTRACT - COUNTY. 1.1 A listing of all COUNTY Administration information referenced in the following subsections isdesignated in Exhibit E, Attachment II, County's Administration. COUNTY shall notify CONTRACTOR in writing of any change in the names or addresses shown.
1.2 COUNTY'S CSS Contracts Management Manager (CMM): Person designated by COUNTY with authority for COUNTY on contractual or administrative matters relating to this Contract. The responsibilities of CMM include:
1.2.1 Meeting with CONTRACTOR'S Project Director on a regular basis;
1.2.2 Inspecting any and all tasks, deliverables, goods, Services, or other work provided by or on behalf of CONTRACTOR;
1.2.3 Ensuring that the objectives of this Contract are met;
1.2.4 Making changes in the terms and conditions of this Contract in accordance with Part II, Section 22.0, Contract Modifications/Amendments; and
1.2.5 Providing direction to CONTRACTOR in the areas relating to COUNTY policy, information requirements, and procedural requirements;
1.2.6 CMM is not authorized to make any changes in any of the terms and conditions of this Contract and is not authorized to further obligate COUNTY.
1.2.7 CMM is authorized to act on behalf of COUNTY with respect to approval of Sub-Contract and Sub-Contractor employees working on this Contract.
1.3 COUNTY'S CSS Contract Compliance Manager (CCM): Person designated by COUNTY with authority for oversight of monitoring activities, compliance with the requirements of this Contract and the delivery of Services.
