Common use of Directory Assistance (DA) and Operator Services (OS Clause in Contracts

Directory Assistance (DA) and Operator Services (OS. 3.1 Either Party may request that the other Party provide the requesting Party with nondiscriminatory access to the other Party’s directory assistance services (DA), IntraLATA operator call completion services (OS), and/or directory assistance listings database. If either Party makes such a request, the Parties shall enter into a mutually acceptable written agreement for such access. In the case of such a request, Emergency shall contact its Verizon Account Manager for purpose of obtaining a draft of such an arrangement. 3.2 Emergency shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to and from the designated DA and OS switch locations.
