Directory Listings 15.1.1 CBT, as publisher of its White Pages, will include Primary Listings of CLEC’s resale directory customers in its White Pages, and shall cause its publisher to include primary listings of CLEC’s directory customers in its Publisher’s Yellow Pages Directories under the following terms and conditions: 15.1.1.1 CBT will publish the Primary Listing of CLEC Directory Customers located within the geographic scope of its White Pages directory and will recover costs for both resale and facility based Customers in accordance with the Act.
Place of Business; Name The Borrower will not transfer its chief executive office or principal place of business, or move, relocate, close or sell any business location. The Borrower will not permit any tangible Collateral or any records pertaining to the Collateral to be located in any state or area in which, in the event of such location, a financing statement covering such Collateral would be required to be, but has not in fact been, filed in order to perfect the Security Interest. The Borrower will not change its name or jurisdiction of organization.
Directory Publication Nothing in this Agreement shall require Verizon to publish a directory where it would not otherwise do so.
Agreement Copies Copies of the agreement shall be printed and distributed by the District to all employees covered by this Agreement.
ORIGINAL COPIES Each signatory to this Sublease acknowledges receipt of an executed copy thereof.
Backup Copies You may also make copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT as may be necessary for backup and archival purposes.
Directory To participate in the MnDOT TGB program, a business must be certified at the time of contract execution. Certified Targeted Group Businesses are listed in the Directory of Certified Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged and VET Vendors. MnDOT makes no representation as to any TGB’s technical or financial ability to perform the work. Prime contractors are solely responsible for performing due diligence in hiring TGB firms. A TGB’s failure to perform the work will not be considered justification for a compensation increase or time extension.
Commercial Copies (a) The Corporation shall, as soon as possible but in any event not later than 2:00 p.m. (local time at the place of delivery) on the Business Day following the date of receipt of the Preliminary Passport System Receipt or the Final Passport Receipt, as the case may be (or such other date or time as the Underwriter and the Corporation may agree), and no later than 2:00 p.m. (local time) on the first Business Day after the execution of any Supplementary Material in connection with the Prospectuses, cause to be delivered to the Underwriter, without charge, commercial copies of the Preliminary Prospectus, the Prospectus or such Supplementary Material in such numbers and in such cities as the Underwriter may reasonably request by oral or written instructions to the Corporation or the printer thereof given no later than the time when the Corporation authorizes the printing of the commercial copies of such documents. (b) The Corporation shall cause to be provided to the Underwriter such number of copies of any documents incorporated by reference in the Preliminary Prospectus, the Prospectus or any Supplementary Material as the Underwriter may reasonably request. (c) The Corporation will similarly cause to be delivered to the Underwriter, at such delivery points as the Underwriter may reasonably request, commercial copies of a U.S. Placement Memorandum and any Supplementary Material required to be delivered to purchasers or prospective purchasers of the Offered Shares. Each delivery of the U.S. Placement Memorandum and any such Supplementary Material will constitute consent by the Corporation to the use of the U.S. Placement Memorandum and any such Supplementary Material required to be prepared and/or filed under U.S. Securities Laws by the U.S. registered broker-dealer affiliates of the Underwriter and members of the Selling Dealer Group (if any) for the distribution of the Offered Shares for sale in the United States in accordance with this Agreement.
Requesting Paper Copies If you would like a paper copy of a Communication we previously sent you electronically, you may print it. You may also request that we send you a paper copy by calling, emailing or writing us via any of the methods set forth in the Contacting Us section (Section 4(j)) below. Such a request must identify the specific electronic Communication for which you want a paper copy.
Other Directory Services 73.10.1 Both parties acknowledge that CenturyLink’s directory publisher is not a party to this Agreement and that the provisions contained in this Agreement are not binding upon CenturyLink’s directory publisher. 73.10.2 CenturyLink agrees to include critical contact information pertaining to CLEC in the “Information Pages” of those of its White Pages directories containing information pages, if CLEC meets criteria established by its directory publisher. Critical contact information includes CLEC’s business office number, repair number, billing information number, and any other information required to comply with applicable regulations, but not advertising or purely promotional material. CLEC will not be charged for inclusion of its critical contact information. The format, content and appearance of CLEC’s critical contact information must conform to applicable directory publisher’s guidelines and will be consistent with the format, content and appearance of critical contact information pertaining to all CLECs in a directory. 73.10.3 The directory publisher shall maintain full authority as publisher over its publishing policies, standards and practices, including decisions regarding directory coverage area, directory issue period, compilation, headings, covers, design, content or format of directories, and directory advertising sales.
