Common use of Disability Benefits Clause in Contracts

Disability Benefits. Technology Errors and Omissions Not less than $5,000,000 each claim, Not less than $10,000,000 in aggregate Crime Insurance Not less than $500,000 Policy shall include bodily injury, property damage and broad form contractual liability coverage.  General Aggregate  Products – Completed Operations Aggregate  Personal and Advertising Injury  Each Occurrence Coverage shall include, but not be limited to, the following:  Premises liability;  Independent contractors;  Blanket contractual liability, including tort liability of another assumed in a contract;  Defense and/or indemnification obligations, including obligations assumed under this Contract;  Cross liability for additional insureds;  Products/completed operations for a term of no less than three (3) years, commencing upon acceptance of the work, as required by the Contract;  Explosion, collapse and underground hazards; and  Contractor means and methods.
