Disabled Children Over Age 26. Children (not otherwise eligible under subsection 2.c or 2.d, above) unmarried, without regard to age, who are physically or mentally incapacitated (and therefore incapable of self-support), and who are being claimed as dependents on the employee’s federal income tax returns. The mental or physical condition must have existed prior to age 26 and continuously since age 26.
