Returning to Work After a Period of Parental Leave (a) An employee will notify of their intention to return to work after a period of parental leave at least four weeks prior to the expiration of the leave.
Employee Called as a Witness The Employer shall grant leave without loss of pay to an employee called as a witness by an Arbitration Board and, where operational requirements permit, leave without loss of pay to an employee called as a witness by the Union, provided the dispute involves the Employer. On application, the arbitration board may determine summarily the amount of time required for the attendance of any witness.
Continuous Operations Any employee or group of employees engaged in an operation for which there is regularly scheduled employment on a twenty-four (24) hour a day, seven (7) day a week basis shall be known as continuous operations employees.
Breaks in Continuous Service An employee's continuous service record shall be broken by voluntary resignation, discharge for just cause, and retirement.
Continuous Service The Parties shall continue providing services to each other during the pendency of any dispute resolution procedure, and the Parties shall continue to perform their obligations (including making payments in accordance with Article IV, Section 4) in accordance with this Agreement.

Complete Disposal Upon Termination of Service Agreement Upon Termination of the Service Agreement Provider shall dispose or delete all Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement. Prior to disposition of the data, Provider shall notify LEA in writing of its option to transfer data to a separate account, pursuant to Article II, section 3, above. In no event shall Provider dispose of data pursuant to this provision unless and until Provider has received affirmative written confirmation from LEA that data will not be transferred to a separate account.
Continuous Operation The work week shall provide for continuous operation based on a seven (7) day week, twenty-four (24) hours per day.
