Disassembly Requests Clause Samples

The Disassembly Requests clause outlines the procedures and conditions under which one party may request the disassembly of equipment, products, or installations covered by the agreement. Typically, this clause specifies the process for submitting a request, any required notice periods, and the responsibilities for costs or labor associated with disassembly. For example, it may allow a customer to request the removal of installed machinery at the end of a lease or upon contract termination. The core function of this clause is to ensure both parties have a clear understanding of how and when disassembly can be requested and executed, thereby preventing disputes and facilitating smooth transitions at the end of a contractual relationship.

A permanent gate in the security fence may be allowed, but only in rare cases. This type of access request must also be approved by the Federal Highway Administration (“FHWA”). When a gate is allowed, provisions to guard against unauthorized use are required.
