Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan. a. Supplier will provide a Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan at all times during the term of this Agreement for their offshore operations associated with each Project and or Application that is assigned to them by AT&T as set forth in Appendix J, “Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan”. Such Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan shall be reviewed and agreed upon with AT&T.
