Grantee Requirements. To participate as a provider under this Contract, the Grantee must: 2.1 Ensure compliance with this Contract, including these Grantee Requirements. 2.2 Ensure compliance with all state and federal statutes and regulations, HHSC rules, policies, procedures, and guidelines governing the ECI program, included but not limited to, TAC Title 40, Part 2, Chapter 108 and TAC Title 1, Part 15, Chapter 392, Subchapter B. The foregoing rules in TAC Titles 1 and 40 as they relate to the ECI program may be further modified, revised, and moved within their existing titles or into TAC Title 26 during the term of the Contract. In the event of such modifications or moves, Grantee shall be required to comply with said rules.” 2.3 Maintain an appropriate contract administration system to ensure that all terms, conditions, and specifications of this Contract are met. 2.4 Comply with HHSC rules, policies, contract requirements, and applicable instruction manuals regarding the collection and timely submission of complete and accurate data. Ensure that complete and accurate data is entered into the Texas Kids Intervention Data System (“TKIDS”) by the established due dates and that there is adequate internal control, security and oversight for the approval and submission of such data. 2.5 Comply with all requirements under the Uniform Grant Management Standards (“UGMS”), currently available online at: xxxxx://xxxxxxx-xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxx.xxx/purchasing/grant-ma nagement/. The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, from time to time and in its sole discretion, may revise the online link provided in this subsection. Ensure that complete and accurate data is submitted into the FVNet Data System by the established due dates and that there is adequate internal control, security, and oversight, for the approval and submission of such data. FVNet is the HHSC secure file transport protocol portal for FVP data. 2.1.4 Ensure that personnel paid from the funds received as a result of this Grant Agreement, if applicable to the position or services being rendered, are duly licensed and/or qualified to perform the required services.
Grantee Requirements. The Grantee shall communicate with Xxxxx Xxxxxx (xxxxx.xxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx) (the “ASPCA Grant Officer”) according to the schedule and additional instructions (if applicable) to review and evaluate the use of the Grant funds. The ASPCA will provide you with reasonable notice of any such request unless otherwise mutually agreed upon. You may submit requirements upon completion at any point during the grant term. Organizations that fail to submit required documentation in a timely manner may jeopardize future grants and/or grant payments. Should you need a due date extension, please forward your request, prior to the due date, to xxxxx.xxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx with the requirement type (e.g. Progress Report, Final Report, etc.), an explanation for your request (including the reason for the anticipated delay) and your preferred new due date.

Grantee Requirements. The Grantee shall perform the following services for beaches located along the Great Lakes that are used by the public for recreational use: 1. Obtain user ID and password from the beach monitoring program manager. Identify and update organization information on the EGLE beach monitoring website at XXXX.Xxxxx.XX.XX/Xxxxx. 2. Identify beaches or similar points of access located along the Great Lakes that are used by the public for recreation. Report location information on the Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) beach monitoring website; information includes location name, location description, waterbody name, waterbody type, site type, if located in a state park, coordinates for latitude and longitude in decimal degrees for the endpoints and center point of each location, an 8-digit hydrological unit code, beach length in meters, the county and township location, facilities available, and optional description of amenities. 3. Notify the city, village, or township in which the beach or point of access is located prior to conducting monitoring activities. 4. Update the QAPP for the beach monitoring program prior to monitoring beaches. The QAPP must be consistent with requirements in the Public Health Code, the Part 4 Water Quality Standards, and the BEACH Act, and must be approved by the State prior to initiation of monitoring. QAPPs that have been approved and have current approval letters from EGLE will satisfy this requirement. 5. Monitor beaches according to approved QAPP. 6. Beaches will be monitored according to R 323.1062 of the Part 4. Water Quality Standards (WQS) promulgated under Part 31, Water Resources Protection, of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act, 1994 PA 451, as amended. Subrule 62 (1) of the WQS states, "All waters of the state protected for total body contact recreation shall not contain more than 130 Escherichia coli (E. coli) per 100 milliliters (ml), as a 30-day geometric mean. Compliance shall be based on the geometric mean of all individual samples taken during five (5) or more sampling events representatively spread over a 30-day period. Each sampling event shall consist of three (3) or more samples taken at representative locations within a defined sampling area. At no time shall the waters of the state protected for total body contact recreation contain more than a maximum of 300 E. coli per 100 ml.
