DISCHARGE AND SUSPENSIONS. A) Discharge and suspensions shall be in writing to the employee, and a copy shall be furnished to the Chapter Chairman or their designee and mailed to the AFSCME Council Representative within twenty-four (24) hours except Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.
