Use of Past Record. In imposing any discipline or discharge on a current charge, the employer will not take into account any prior infractions which occurred more than three (3) years previously.
Use of Past Record. In imposing any discipline on a current charge, Management will not take into account any prior infractions which occurred more than one (1) year previously nor impose discipline on an employee for falsification of the employee's employment application after a period of one (1) year from the employee's date of hire.

1. More than two (2) years previously on written warnings.
2. More than three (3) years previously on written reprimands.
3. More than five (5) years previously on infractions greater than written warnings and written reprimands.
