DISCHARGE FOR FAILURE TO MEET OBLIGATIONS. Employees who fail to comply with the requirements in this Article shall be discharged by the Employer within thirty (30) days after receipt of written notice to the Employer from the Union unless the employee fulfills the membership obligation set forth in the Agreement within such thirty (30) day period. Nothing in this Article shall render the Employer liable for payment of any dues or fees to the Union, and the Union's sole recourse for a violation of this Article by an employee is to request discharge of such employee as outlined in this Agreement.
