Common use of Disciplinary Appearance Clause in Contracts

Disciplinary Appearance. When an employee is required to appear before the Board or administration concerning any matter which could adversely affect that employee's position, employment or salary, the employee shall be given reasonable prior written notice of the reasons for such meeting and shall be entitled to have a personal representative at said meeting. If, during the course of discussing disciplinary action with an administrator, an employee requests Union representation, the administrator shall discontinue the discussion.

Disciplinary Appearance. When an employee is required to appear before the Administration and/or the Board regarding the discipline or administration concerning any matter which could adversely affect that dismissal of an employee's position, employment or salary, the employee shall be given reasonable prior written notice of the reasons for such meeting and shall be entitled to have a personal representative at said meeting. If, during of the course of discussing disciplinary action with an administrator, an employee requests Union representation, the administrator shall discontinue the discussionpresent.

Disciplinary Appearance. In emergency circumstances such advance notice of may be given orally to the reasons for such meeting employee and shall be entitled to have a personal representative at said meeting.
