Disciplinary Plan. The Charter School shall maintain a safe and disciplined learning environment for students and teachers and shall implement and utilize the discipline program set forth in Schedule 24. In no event shall the Charter School expel or involuntarily transfer a student from the Charter School except in compliance with applicable law, including, without limitation, IC 20-33-8-19, IC 20-33-8-21, and IC 20- 33-8-22.
