DISCIPLINE LEAD DUTIES. Departments with disciplines that do not have Program Coordinators may choose to use Discipline Leads. Service as Discipline Lead shall count towards Faculty Member service to the College and will normally be done by Full-time Faculty within the discipline. If the College requires this service of Adjunct Faculty, they shall be compensated at the same rate as Program Coordinators.
