DISCLAIMER OF INTEREST. Landlord hereby consents to Lender's security interest (or other interest) in the Collateral and disclaims all interests, liens and claims which Landlord now has or may hereafter acquire in the Collateral. Landlord agrees that any lien or claim it may now have or may hereafter have in the Collateral will be subject at all times to Lender's security interest (or other present or future interest) in the Collateral and will be subject to the rights granted by Landlord to Lender in this Agreement.
DISCLAIMER OF INTEREST. 6.1. Agent covenants and agrees that any contracts between the Companies and the Customers are the exclusive property of the Companies and that Agent has no property or other interest whatsoever in such contracts.
DISCLAIMER OF INTEREST. SunGard Funding disclaims all right, title and interest in the “Receivables”, “Collections”, “Related Security”, “Assets” and “SunGard Financing Related Security” as defined in the Bridge First Step Agreement and Bridge Second Step Agreement.

Commission expressly disclaims any right, title or interest in any portion of the Columbia Real Estate by reason of the Footers or Public Improvements Encroachments, except for the rights specifically granted herein, and Commission agrees that Commission will not claim in the future any portion of the Columbia Real Estate by reason of the Footers or Public Improvements Encroachments.
DISCLAIMER OF INTEREST. Owner expressly disclaims any right, title or interest in any portion of the City Property by reason of the Encroachments, except for the rights specifically granted herein, and Owner agrees that Owner will not claim in the future any portion of said City Property by reason of the Encroachments.
DISCLAIMER OF INTEREST. The Landlord disclaims any interest in the Encumbered Property whether as a fixture, personalty or otherwise and agrees that it will not become part of the Premises regardless of the nature of the Encumbered Property or the manner in which it may become affixed to or incorporated in the Premises.
DISCLAIMER OF INTEREST. The Developer and the Principals acknowledge that they have no part in the creation or development of the Burger King Marks, BKC trademarks or trade names (whether registered or not) therefrom.
DISCLAIMER OF INTEREST. If any Current Shareholder shall be deemed or determined to have owned (beneficially or of record), as of the Closing Time, any capital stock of the Company, or any options, warrants, puts, calls or other rights with respect to the capital stock of the Company not set forth on Exhibit A, such Current Shareholder hereby disclaims and renounces such capital stock, options, warrants, puts, calls or other rights and all of same are hereby terminated and rendered null and void.
DISCLAIMER OF INTEREST. Developer and Guarantor acknowledges that it has no part in the creation or development of the Burger King Marks and disclaims any right or interest therein, or to the goodwill derived therefrom.
