Common use of Disclosure Accounting Clause in Contracts

Disclosure Accounting. Business Associate shall make available the information necessary to provide an accounting of disclosures of PHI as provided for in 45 C.F.R. § 164.528 of the HIPAA Requirements by making such information available to the Covered Entity or (at the direction of the Covered Entity) making such information available directly to the individual.

Business Associate further shall provide any additional information to the extent required by the HITECH Act and any accompanying regulations.
